$262 per month 2008 Heritage Oaks Homeowner Association and Tradition Master Association Fees include the following services:  Recreational clubhouse with fitness center and resort style pool/spa, basic cable television package, high speed Internet/Intranet service, 24-hour alarm system monitoring, common ground irrigation and maintenance, reclaimed water for irrigation of individual lawns, maintenance of individual lawn irrigation system, electronic gates, home landscape maintenance including complete grass cutting of front and rear yard (refer to H.O.A. documentation for fenced area restrictions), grass fertilization, and monthly weeding of beds and trimming of bushes and trees (up to 6' in height; original developer-installed landscape only).
